According to Village Preservation, this graphic shows the scale of a mixed-use building that could be constructed — without any affordable housing — at 46 Cooper Square under the Soho/Noho rezoning that was approved on Dec. 15. With an F.A.R. of 12, the building could be 275 feet tall, using air rights from adjoining lots, with no affordable units.
