Hear the beat of dancing feet: Dance Parade struts back in style

Gaaahhh-tahh Dance!

That was the feeling of thousands of participants who sambaed, sashayed, swing danced and stilt walked down Broadway to the East Village last Saturday on a sun-soaked afternoon, ending with a dance festival in Tompkins Square Park.

Dance Parade New York was back in action after two years cooling its heels during the COVID pandemic.
