“Post No Bills” apparently has little meaning on a corner of 14th Street and Seventh Avenue — but it does make for some impressive street art. Ripped and torn ad posters littered the ground, forming a virtual cornucopia of facial features and abstract art. The fences around a construction site are the canvas for abstract art, as is the sidewalk underfoot, with a little creative imagination. It seemed someone just ripped the posters down since, usually, when a company removes ads like this, they clean up afterward.
