Woman, 65, groped by perv on Eighth Street

A 65-year-old woman was groped by a stranger in Greenwich Village while she was walking her dog, police said.

According to cops, on Sat., June 15, around 5:20 p.m., the woman and her pooch were in front of 11 E. Eighth St., when the unknown man approached her and grabbed her buttocks over her clothing. He then fled heading westbound on Eighth Street. The victim was uninjured.

The suspect is described as around 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a red tie-dye T-shirt and navy-blue tracks pants with white stripes down the sides, white socks and red sandals and with a black back slung across his chest.
