With the need for personal space now become a life and death matter, Trader Joe’s is one supermarket that is really making an effort to enforce this critical behavior.
The chain is limiting the number of shoppers inside its stores at any given time, and is also making sure customers are keeping their distance while waiting on line.
For their part, shoppers also seem to be doing a good job of keeping their social distance from one another, as seen in this photo taken Sunday outside the TJ’s at Spring St. and Sixth Ave. in Hudson Square / Soho.
