The United States now has nearly 100,000 confirmed deaths from coronavirus — almost one-third of the world’s total. Many blame Donald Trump for that, charging he has bungled the response to the health crisis.
Though the U.S. has the most COVID-19 fatalities, eight European countries do have higher per-capita death rates due to the pandemic.
Trump himself can also be seen as a sort of virus who has infected our country with a dangerous, highly infectious disease: Trumpitis.
