After a year without turnover, the Bowery Mural Wall is finally getting its Mojo.
Mojo, the artist, that is.

Anthony Reid II, who goes by the magical moniker, recently started working on a new piece on the wall, on E. Houston St. between the Bowery and Elizabeth St.

Mojo got his mojo working by first laying in a backdrop of symbols, letters and numbers on the wall, with sketches of characters traced beneath. By Thurs., Sept. 16, he had started to add color to the sketches.

According to Bowery Boogie, the previous mural on the wall was painted during two weeks in September 2019 by Brooklyn-based Japanese artist Tomokazu Matsuyama.
