A water-main break at 99 E. Seventh St. near First Ave. early Monday morning continues to impact the surrounding area.
As of 10 p.m. Tuesday night, First Ave. remained closed between E. Sixth St. and St. Mark’s Place as workers continued to make repairs. Uptown traffic on the avenue must turn east on E. Sixth St.
