Dogs will be stepping out in style at the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade on Sat., Oct. 23.
Despite its name, the event won’t actually be held in Tompkins Square Park but in the East River Park amphitheater, at Corlears Hook, a bit south of Grand Street, from noon to 3 p.m.
