Gramercy Park Hotel faces grab back from land owner

There’s a vacancy at the Gramercy Park Hotel — namely, there’s a zero where its ground-lease payments should be.

According to news reports, Aby Rosen’s RFR Holding is behind nearly $900,000 in payments to the estate of Sol Goldman, which owns the land beneath the tony hotel.

A note from an authorized agent for the estate posted on the place’s front door states that payment is required by Dec. 28 or the property must be surrendered.

Rosen bought the building with Ian Schrager in 2003 and assumed full ownership in 2010. A nightlife hot spot, the hotel, at 21st St. and Lexington Ave., is renowned for its rooftop bar. Naturally, “Sex and the City” filmed there.
