A gross groper targeted two women in forcible touching incidents in the East Village and Chelsea a couple of weeks ago, according to police.
The sleazy sicko’s M.O. is to approach his victims with his genitals exposed before grabbing the females and fleeing.
In the first incident, a 25-year-old woman was walking down the street at St. Mark’s Place and Third Ave. on Thurs., Oct. 22, around 5:30 p.m., when the guy approached her with his junk hanging out. He grabbed the victim’s crotch over her clothes, then fled southbound on Third Ave. The victim was not injured.
A few days later, a woman, 55, was walking at Sixth Ave. and W. 16th St. on Sun., Oct. 25, just before 5 p.m., when she was approached by the same guy, again with his penis en plein air. The man grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled on foot southbound down Sixth Ave. The victim was not injured.
The individual is described as 40 to 50 years old.
Police released photos and video of the alleged suspect hanging out by a sidewalk WiFi kiosk near the second incident location, before the incident.
