‘Cappuccino crook’ hits MacDougal St. cafe

Not cool beans… .

A burglar broke into Caffe Reggio and cleaned out the till, according to police.

Cops said that on Sat., Dec. 12, around 6:15 a.m., an unknown man somehow got into the historic cafe, at 119 MacDougal St., through a locked front door.

Once inside, the perp swiped roughly $125 from the cash register. He didn’t hang around for a cup of coffee, though, fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.
