A burglar got into a residential building in the Village last month and made off with thousands of dollars in jewelry, police said.
According to cops, on Fri., July 16, around 9 p.m., a man entered a building lobby at Christopher and Hudson Sts. through an unlocked front door.
Once inside the place, the guy entered an apartment and swiped roughly $250, plus jewelry valued at around $15,000. He then fled on foot westbound along Christopher St.
Police release surveillance photos and videos of the alleged suspect.
