Local kids will be giving a big 10-4 to 5-Oh on Thurs., Dec. 21, when the East Village’s 9th Precinct distributes tons of toys at its annual sleigh ride.

The goodies will be given out at 888 E. Sixth St., between Avenue D and the F.D.R. Drive, at the Lillian Wald Houses, around 4 p.m.
