It was just another typical Saturday afternoon in Washington Square Park, with the usual cornucopia of activities all happening at once.
In the span of an hour and a half, photographer Milo Hess captured a Hula-Hoop performer, protesters decrying fur and violence against women, a fitness trainer doing some impressive stretches and poses and kids having fun with bubble wands in the dry fountain.
