Dogs and cats, too, will be stepping out in style at the Halloween Pet Parade at the Elizabeth St. Garden on Sat., Oct. 31, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Register your pet to participate in the costume runway.
There will be prizes, plus a big raffle basket for pets and people.
Registration closes at noon. There is a limited registry for pets to allow for social distancing. Free to watch. First come, first serve until the event reaches capacity.

The garden is located on Elizabeth St. between Prince and Spring Sts.
