Elizabeth Street Garden’s Second Annual Halloween Pet Parade is back by popular demand.
Costumed canines will commander the statue-festooned Little Italy green oasis, at Elizabeth Street between Prince and Spring Streets, on Sun., Oct. 31, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition to a “rigorously judged” costume runway contest, there will be prizes, plus a raffle.
