It wasn’t exactly “On the Town,” with Frank Sinatra, Gene Kelly and James Munshin rushing all over New York City in search of Miss Turnstiles.
“On the COVID Town,” nope, it just doesn’t have quite the same ring. But, hopefully, these officers enjoyed a relaxing Memorial Day visit to East River Park, which is a helluva park.
