Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a Kips Bay woman who was reported missing on Sat., Sept. 4.
According to cops, Brittany Hobart, 28, was last seen more than a week ago, on Mon., Aug. 30, at 2:30 p.m., leaving her residence at the East Midtown Plaza co-op apartment building, at 401 First Ave., at E. 23rd St.
On Mon., Sept. 6, a police spokesperson told The Village Sun that the young the woman was still missing.
Hobart is described as a 5 feet 2 inches tall and 150 pounds, with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Two years ago, in July 2019, Fox 28 Savannah, in South Carolina, reported that the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office had issued an alert that a Brittany Hobart, 26, matching the same description, was reported missing on Hilton Head Island by family members and was “considered endangered.” Hobart was found unharmed 24 hours later in a resort hotel on the island.
