The Little Missionary’s Day Nursery will host A Haunted Halloween Party at La Plaza Cultural Garden on Sat., Oct. 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In addition to a haunted house, there will be food and drinks, face painting, a fortune teller, crafts, games, tattoos (presumably temporary), music and costumes.
The garden, at the corner of Ninth Street and Avenue C, is free but the food, drinks and activities are for purchase.
It will be $1 per ticket. Most games and crafts will cost $2 to $3. Food will be from $1 to $5, featuring fare from S’mac, Veniero’s, Bobwhite, Gelso & Grand, Grafton and La Palapa — plus Mary O’s famous soda bread muffins.
The event is a fundraiser for the nursery school, at 93 St. Mark’s Place.
