Police said a burglar used a crowbar to force open a residential building’s front door at W. Ninth St. and Fifth Ave. on Wed., Feb. 5, around 2:35 a.m. He then stole an unknown number of packages from the vestibule and fled eastbound down Ninth St.
Police provided surveillance video and a photo of the alleged suspect taken from the incident location.
