Kids warming up for Halloween trick-or-treating can stop by the Jefferson Market Garden Thursday and Friday afternoon for free cookies and pumpkins. The event is courtesy of the nearby Citarella, the Ultimate Gourmet Market, and presented by Jefferson Market Garden. The Village green oasis is located at the intersection of Greenwich and Sixth Avenues.
