Nacho typical bistro burglary

A burglar made a dramatic entrance into a vegan Mexican restaurant in the Village on Thurs., Feb. 13.

Police said the suspect smashed his way through drywall to enter the basement of Jajaja Plantas restaurant, at 63 Carmine St., just before 5 a.m. Once inside, he broke open a safe and removed roughly $300, three iPads, and several W2 envelopes before fleeing.
